Ordering Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of the Weplay e-shop equally apply to all shopping customers.
The relationship between Procard Baltic OÜ, the representative of the Weplay e-shop, and the shopping customer is regulated by the general terms and conditions prepared by Procard Baltic OÜ and legislation enacted by the Republic of Estonia.

Terms and conditions of Procard Baltic OÜ:

  1. Ordering terms and conditions
    An order is formalised between the person making a purchase (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) from the lauraashleystore.com e-shop and Procard Baltic OÜ, the representative of lauraashley.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). The formalisation of an order is equivalentto the conclusion of a contract of purchase and sale.
    1.1 Formalisation of an order
    The Buyer places an order electronically, by adding a product to the virtual shopping cart. The order will become formalised as of the moment when the Buyer clicks on the link “Formalise the order”. The Seller will forward an invoice for the order to the Buyer’s e-mail address. When placing an order, we recommend being very careful to avoid inaccuracies in the data and quantities of ordered products. The Buyer is liable for the correctness of the order.
    If the product is out of stock, the Buyer can fill in an inquiry form and forward the Seller a wish to order a product; this inquiry will be responded to within two working days.
    1.2 Order’s entry into force
    The order will enter into force as of the moment when the total amount for the order has been transferred to the bank account of Procard Baltic OÜ via the bank link on the website of lauraashleystore.com or on the basis of a prepayment invoice.
    NOTE! When using the bank link, make sure to click on the link “Back to the merchant” after you have made the payment. Otherwise, your account will not be debited and the payment will not reach the Seller.
  2. Price
    The prices of products sold on the homepage of Procard Baltic OÜ’s e-shop are shown in euros. All prices include VAT of 20%. If the Buyer makes a purchase from the e-shop, pays on the basis of a prepayment invoice or via the bank link, and wants the goods to be delivered by either Omniva or Smartpost parcel machine, a fee of either 3€ for Omniva or 2.5@ for Smartpost will be added to the price. A transport fee will not be added if the Buyer picks up the goods himself/herself from the official Weplay shop at Ahtri 9, in Tallinn.
  3. Payment for products
    The Buyer can pay for the products via the bank link on the website of the e-shop or on the basis of a prepayment invoice. If you choose to use the bank link, make sure to click on the link “Back to the merchant” after you have made the payment. Only then will the payment be confirmed and the merchant will receive a corresponding notice. Otherwise, the online payment will not take place and the merchant will not receive your order.
  4. Delivery of goods and delivery time
    The delivery time for goods that are in stock and have been paid for via the bank link or on the basis of a prepayment invoice is up to three working days. The time of delivery will start as of the moment when the contract enters into force, as established in Clause 1.2. We will dispatch the ordered goods via the buyers chosen method. You can also pick up your goods yourself from the official Weplay shop at Ahtri 9, in Tallinn.
    If the packaging or product has become damaged during transport, it will be replaced with a new, intact packaging and an undamaged product. Any later complaints concerning the packaging and the quantity of goods will not be satisfied. The Buyer can also pick up the goods himself/herself, if he/she wishes to do so. The official Weplay shop is located at Ahtri 9, in Tallinn.
  5. Returning products and cancelling the order
    If the Buyer is not satisfied with the goods, he/she has the right to return them within 14 days. When returning the goods, the Buyer must notify the Seller in advance and fill in a return form on the website of lauraashley,ee. The packaging of the returned goods and the goods itself may not have any damage. Goods returned in damaged packaging or damaged products will not be accepted. The return sheet must include the invoice number, the name of the Buyer, the bank account number of the Buyer, and the reason for returning the goods. The cost of the returned goods will be transferred to the bank account of the Buyer within 7 to 14 working days.
    If the returned product has been damaged and not through the fault of Procard Baltic OÜ or if the Buyer has not used the product according to its intended purpose, Procard Baltic OÜ will have the right to adjust the amount to be returned according to the extent of damage. If the Buyer does not consent to the adjusted amount, the Buyer has the right to apply for an expert assessment concerning the depreciation of the product. The costs of the expert assessment will be incurred by the party whose position proved to be unjustified.
  6. Warranty and returning the order
    The Seller is responsible for any product non-conformities to contractual terms and conditions which become evident within two years as of the date when the product was delivered to the Buyer. In the case of consumer sale, it is presumed that any non-conformity which becomes evident within six months as of the date when the product was delivered to the Buyer existed at the time of delivery, provided that such a presumption is not in conflict with the nature of the defect.
    If you purchased a product from the lauraashley.ee e-shop and it proved to be defective, we will replace it, provided that you have kept the invoice. If the corresponding product batch has been sold out by that time, we will refund the purchase price. Transport fees accompanying the replacement of the product will be borne by Procard Baltic OÜ.
    The Seller/Manufacturer is not responsible for the following:
    a) products that have been damaged by the Buyer;
    b) damages/deficiencies deriving from the abnormal use of the product.

    In the case of the non-conformity or defect of a product, the Buyer has the right to request the replacement of the product with a conforming and unimpaired product, or cancel the order and return the product. The Seller will compensate for transport fees incurred for returning the product. The cost of the returned goods together with the amount of transport fee will be transferred to the bank account of the Buyer within 7 to 14 working days. If the Buyer discovers that the product does not conform to requirements, he/she must promptly notify the Seller thereof. If the Buyer has used the product after having discovered the defect, his/her complaints will not be satisfied.
  7. Customer confidentiality and other terms and conditions
    The Seller does not have the right to disclose the data of the Buyer, and the Buyer has the right to request that the Seller delete the Buyer’s data from its database.
  8. Other terms and conditions
    In addition to the terms and conditions of Procard Baltic OÜ, the parties, both the Buyer and the Seller, are protected by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The interests of the Buyer are also protected by the Consumer Protection Board. Procard Baltic OÜ will resolve any disputes with its customers in a peaceful manner and by means of negotiations. If the parties are not able to find a suitable solution, they have the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board or to Tallinn City Court.
