On your turn, roll all 5 dice. You have up to 3 r olls in your turn. After each roll, you decide which dice to re – roll again and which you save. Dice, which you do not re – roll, are put aside, but may be used again later for another
roll.
After your final roll, choose a category on the score and write down your score in your column on the score sheet.
The score sheet has two sections: a top and lower section:
• In the top section, you score points by rolling as many of the same symbols of acertain category as possible. You score 1 point per symbol of the category you choose. ( A nice extra, if the sum of the points in the top section is 18 or more, you get a bonus of 10 points ).
• In the lower section you score points by rolling a specific combination of symbols. Rolling five identical symbols in this section is called Yatzy and will earn you 10 points.
