Llamas Unleashed
Llamas Unleashed is a standalone card game based on the mechanics of Unstable Unicorns, but with plenty of new twists, effects—and of course—llamas 🦙
⚠️ Note: This is a full base game, not meant to be shuffled into Unstable Unicorns.
The game includes 135 cards in a magnetic box.
Objective
Be the first player to collect 7 animals in your Field.
Sounds easy… but your opponents will try to stop you!
Character Types
There are 4 types of animals:
- Llamas
- Alpacas
- Goats
- Rams
You’ll also find:
- Magic cards
- Instant cards (similar to Neigh cards)
- Upgrade/Downgrade cards
Some cards affect only specific types, adding extra strategy.
New Mechanic: Herd Bonus
If you have 3 of the same animal type in your Field at the same time, you gain a Field Advantage:
- extra card draw
- protection
- stealing from opponents
It works like a free upgrade without needing to play a card.
Instant Card Twist
Instant cards don’t just block actions—they can also:
let you steal the card if used on the right type
(instead of sending it to the discard pile)
